Guerrero was checking in with the patient over the phone when she realized his speech was impaired – a tell tale sign of a stroke. She kept the patient on the phone talking while medical assistance went to his home. The man is now recovering at a Houston hospital, and Guerrero played a huge part in that due to the implementation of her training. We could not be more proud of Jacquelyn and the role she played helping her patient.
