Ms. Guzman always made me feel safe and welcomed in her class! She can be tough on her students, with frequent quizzes and tests that keep you on your toes—but it’s absolutely worth it. Those challenges push you to stay focused and really understand the material, rather than just memorizing it. In the end, you realize how much you’ve learned because of her high expectations. I am currently enrolled in the Pharmacy Technician program at the Southside location. At first I was skeptical about going back to school after 10 years but I’m glad I chose the PT program that had a teacher willing to go above and beyond to make sure we learned everything we need to know to pass our exams. She stays late 2 days out of the week for tutoring and she makes sure she uses that time wisely for us to learn she’s very patient and makes learning fun! I’m truly thankful for having Mrs. Guzman as my pharmacy tech teacher she’s amazing! Anyone who is looking into going into the PT program just know Mrs. Guzman won’t let you down she will keep pushing you to stay positive through it all! Highly recommend looking into the PT program you won’t be disappointed!

I recently have been doing the pharmacy tech program and Mrs Guzman has been my teacher! She has made learning so easy and enjoyable I can’t thank her enough for actually putting effort and taking the time in teaching us! I have learned so much in just little time thanks to her!
