I'm currently completing the Medical Assistant program at Southern Careers Institute in Santonio, and I want to give a huge thank you my instructor, Mr. G. I honestly couldn't have made it this far without him and those in my class. He's a genuine, dedicated instructor who pushes his students to be their best. He was tough when needed it, but it came from the place of care and high expectations. Even though the school didn't always have a lot of hands-on materials, Mr. G. went above and beyond to make sure we got real-world experience. He turned our classroom into a clinic setting- having us do EKGs, injections, and triage practice, he would take what we learned from previous classes into the next class, even bringing in students from other programs to volunteer so we could practice. He also offered extra tutoring after hours, relays, group research and made time for one -on-one help, whether you were day or evening class. Because of his dedication, I feel confident and truly prepared to start this career as a medical assistant when I graduate in November. Thank you, Mr. G. for believing in us and preparing us for the real world! 😊😊😊

I enjoyed attending SCI. I enrolled and completed the MA course here and I really liked the effort that Mr. G gives to ensure that the students in his class are grasping what they are learning. In this class it may seem a little difficult at first but he gives you his expectations and then gives you hands on experience along with real world challenges by timing you and putting the pressure on. I can say that the courses I took with him were the most rewarding at the end. However, my overall journey here was a good and memorable one. All the teachers have their own way of making you feel like you can complete something if you put the time and effort in.

Well it took me a long time to finish and I finally did it. For sure hands down the best instructor there at SCI has to be Mr. G that man pushed me and pushed me and because of him I am going to be the best CCMA I can be I think everyone should learn from MR. G he not only knows his stuff but he truly wants the best for all his students and will make sure that they all make it and become great. Thank you Mr. G you’re the best.

I had the most wonderful experience enrolling at Southern Careers Institute! From the moment I first inquired, Krystal was an absolutely amazing help and a fantastic advisor. She answered all of my questions and guided me through the entire process with so much patience and kindness. A huge thank you also goes to Miss Gloria in financial aid. She worked diligently to get all my financial aid sorted out and helped me get enrolled as soon as possible. Everyone I interacted with was so welcoming. It's a really lovely place, and the positive and supportive atmosphere made my decision easy. I am beyond excited to start my program on the 29th!

Great Welding Program! Im a veteran and I was able to use my education benefits to attend the campus. I was able to spend a lot of hours practicing in the shop with minimal class time. I enjoyed attending class everyday and looked forward to applying what I was learning in the shop everyday. The Instructors are some of the best people you’ll meet they genuinely want all of their students to succeed.
