Taking the Customer Service and Communication class is a VERY important class I think ALOT of people can make use of it. The instructor made the class very welcoming, very helpful, very understandable, and fun to want to learn and actually do the course. Many jobs should make employees take this course especially being in the Medical field. SCI is a good Vocational School, very easy and lenient.

I have a very satisfying perspective of the school for the pharmacy technician program it has been a great school experience. And would highly recommend it to more people wanting to learn further in their career. As well in any other career the school is providing for other programs

Ms. Rocio Robles has been a great instructor! I believe everyone should take a class from her, and that includes some other instructors as well. Recruiters are awesome, but not always so helpful.

I attend the brownsville campus. One of the best instructors you can have is Mrs. Rocio Robles. She was very attentive and great listener to her students. If you hand trouble understanding she would always go back and review the work to make sure you understood. Also advisors and other front office workers are very helpful and understanding with anything you may need.

The staff at SCI have been very supportive and helpful the entire week I had been overwhelmed with fears and anxiety but sharing my concerns and thoughts were resolved with the staff allowing me to vent and feel comfortable enough towards making me feel welcomed and encouraged my beliefs in myself and to not give up on my goal to accomplish this course.
